We hope you love your Ever-Pretty dress. But if it’s not quite right, returning or exchanging is simple — and we’re here to make the process as smooth as possible.
Before You Start
- Please request and ship your return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. Unfortunately, we can't accept requests outside this timeframe.
- Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, and with all tags attached.
- Final Sale items (marked as such at checkout) are not eligible for return or exchange.
Exchange It: Free Shipping on Your New Dress
If your dress isn’t quite the one, try another!
We offer free exchange shipping to make sure you get the dress you love.
- You just pay £9.99 for the return label.
- We’ll cover the shipping for your new item — no extra fee.
- If the new dress is priced higher, simply pay the difference.
- Once you ship out the original item, we'll send your new dress right away — making your exchange quick and hassle-free.
How to do it:
Start your exchange via our Returns Portal — select “Exchange”. Once submitted, we’ll approve your request within 24 hours and email you a return label and instructions.
Get Store Credit + a 10% Bonus
If you’re planning to shop again soon, consider this smart refund option:
- Your return label is completely free — no £9.99 charge.
- Once we’ve received your return item, we’ll issue a gift card equal to your full refund amount. Plus, you’ll receive an extra 10% bonus on top of your refund as store credit.
How to do it:
Use our Returns Portal , and select “Refund to Gift Card” when prompted. Once submitted, we’ll approve your request within 24 hours and email you a return label and instructions.
Refund to Your Original Payment
- A £9.99 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.
- Once we’ve received and approved your return, we’ll issue your refund within 48 hours. Your bank or card provider may take an additional 3–5 business days to process it.
How to do it:
Use our Returns Portal , and select “Refund to Your Original Payment” when prompted. Once submitted, we’ll approve your request within 24 hours and email you a return label and instructions.
A Few Quick Reminders
- When trying on your dress, please keep the hangtag attached and visible — it helps us process your return faster.
- Don’t use the return address printed on your parcel or our business address — it won’t reach the right place. Once your return is approved, we’ll email you the correct return address and label.
