Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your purchase, but if your dress didn’t work, didn’t fit or you didn’t like it, please check our Returns & Exchanges Policy and contact us ASAP by emailing globalservice@ever-pretty.com or calling 1-855-377-3889 or 1-714-508-8118.

1.If You Want To Return For A Refund.

Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to get a unique RMA number to identify your return. Any package returned without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be automatically refused by our return department.
Returns must be received by our warehouse within 28 days from receiving your item.We will process your refund within 2 business days of receiving your return. Please note it can take 1-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank/credit card. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.

2.If You Want To Return For An Exchange.

The first part of the process is the same as returning for a refund. Once you contact us we will issue you a unique RMA number to identify your return. Once we receive the tracking number of your return, we will ship your exchange within 24 business hours. You will be responsible for the cost of return shipping, but we ship the exchange back to you free of charge.
If you want to change to another color or another size of the same style, there is no extra charge. If you want to change to another style which is cheaper, the difference will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment. If it’s more expensive, you will receive an Ever-Pretty gift card at the same price, and you need to make a new order by yourself.

3.If You Want To Return For Credits.

5% Extra Bonus If You Agree to Return for Credits
If you wish to return your item for store credit instead please notify us when you request your RMA number. You will receive an Ever-Pretty gift card for the amount of your return and a 5% bonus which you can use toward finding any other Ever-Pretty dress. Returns can receive store credit for up to 30 days from the date of your order, please notice that gift card cannot be redeemed for cash at a later date.

All returns must be received in their original condition with tags attached. Any item received with tags removed, stains, odors, animal hair, or any other sign of wear and tear will be refused and not refunded.
Ever-Pretty is not responsible for returns lost by the carrier so please make sure you get a tracking number for your parcel.

Items Not Eligible For A Refund:
- All shipping charges.
- All Clearance items (the product description will say if the item is Final Sale).

-All special items (sports bras, yoga tights).
- Items not received in their original condition and/or items with tags removed.
- Any items not received within 30 days of the date of your order

 

Specific Policies for Our Items

Cancellation Policy

- Orders canceled beyond 48 hours after payment confirmation will be eligible for a partial refund of full shipping cost only.

- Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

 

Defective, Damaged or Mis-shipped Items

You are qualified to get a full refund if your items are defective, damaged or mis-shipped. If you believe your items were damaged during delivery, you must obtain "Proof of Damage" documentation from your delivery carrier, which should be included in your returned package.

Sizing or Fitting Issues

As all of our dresses are hand-sewn and customized, the finished gown may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements. To ensure that your dress will fit you perfectly, our tailors have reserved additional fabric in the seams to allow minor modifications.

Size Deviation

If your dress size differs from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, you are encouraged to find a local tailor to make adjustments. In this case, we will reimburse you up to 30% of the product purchase price (excluding shipping cost). Should you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor. The copy of the receipt must be provided to request reimbursement.

Item is the size you ordered but does not fit

Please understand that items that do not fit properly but in accordance with the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. Your option is to look for a local tailoring service at your own cost. Please note that if your order specifications differ greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

Color Mismatch

The settings of your computer screen may alter the color of the pictures shown on the site. Slight color aberration may not mean that the dress is defective or mis-shipped. However, if you are positive that you have received the item in a wrong color, please contact Customer Service to see if a return or refund is possible.

Quality Issues

Since most of the dresses are hand-crafted, inevitable situations like thread residue, folds after long-term international delivery, slight mark left by water erasable pen may not be verified as quality issues.

Tips:

(1) Thread Residue. Use a pair of scissors to have the thread residue cut.

(2) Folds. Have the clothing ironed. For some clothing comes with beading, embroidery or other embellishment, have it ironed from the opposite side(inner side).

(3) Slight Mark. Most of the slight mark has been left by water erasable pen from the dress maker when cut the fabric. Please take some water with this part and gently rub, the mark will disappear right away.

 

Thank you
