Returns & Exchanges

It is our hope that you love your Ever-Pretty dress but we understand that shopping online can pose challenges when it comes to clothing. If your dress didn’t work out, didn’t fit, or wasn’t what you were expecting please contact us ASAP to initiate the return process.

Please contact us within 15 days after you receive the package. We reserve have the right to refuse any return or exchange beyond 15 days after the package is arrived.

When you contact us to notify us that you wish to return your item we will issue you a unique RMA number to identify your return. This RMA number must be written on the outside of the package when you return the dress. Any package returned without an RMA number on the outside of the package will be automatically refused by our returns department.

All returns must be received in their original condition with tags attached. Any item received with tags removed, stains, odors, animal hair, or any other sign of wear and tear will be refused and not refunded.

Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. Ever-Pretty is not responsible for returns lost by the carrier so please make sure you get a tracking number for your parcel. We will provide a shipping address in the UK for your returns.

Once a return has been received, refunds will be automatically processed back to your original method of payment. If you wish to receive gift card instead please notify us when you request your RMA. You can receive a gift card for the amount of your return and a BONUS 5% gift card which you can use toward finding any other Ever-Pretty dress. Returns can receive gift card for up to 30 days from the date of your order, please be noticed that gift card cannot be redeemed for cash at a later date. 

If you are returning for a refund, we will process your refund within 48 business hours of receiving your return. Please note it can take 1-5 business days for the refund to appear on your account depending on your bank/credit card. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed. 

Items not eligible for a refund:

-          All shipping charges

-          All Clearance items (the product description will say if it is final sale)

-          Items not received in their original condition and/or items with tags removed

-          More than 30 days from the date of receipt

If you were interested in exchanging your dress, we highly recommend that you return your original dress for a refund and place a new order for the new dress. This will allow you to receive your "exchange" as quickly as possible. 

Please note that returns of 5 pieces or more on a single or multiple orders will be subject to a 50% restocking fee.
