How to Return?

2. We will then provide return address, and instructions.
3. Call the post office to arrange a pick up or drop off via tracked delivery at your most convenient post office.
4. Send us a proof of postage (receipt + tracking number).
5. Upon receiving your return, immediate refund/exchange will be processed.

What do I need to know to return or exchange?

1. Return or exchange shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer. Delivery charges are also nonrefundable.
2. Returns and exchanges must be posted within 30 days upon receiving your order. Returns made after 30 days will not be accepted.
3. All returns must be received in their originally condition (unwashed, unworn, unaltered, and undamaged) with tags attached.
4. Returns without proof of postage will not received a refund/exchange.
5. Clearance items under the final sale section are not eligible for refund.
6. Please make sure the hangtag of the dress is clearly visible upon opening the package.

7. Please note that returns of 5-9 dresses on a single or multiple orders will be subject to a 10% restocking fee and returns of 10+ dresses on a single or multiple orders will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Important Note:

1. Please do not send your return to the sender's address on your package.
This is not the return address and will affect the processing of your return.
2. You should only send it to the address we have provided for you.

More information regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds:

1. All shipping fees are not eligible for refund.
2. Refunds will take around 3-5 business days.
3. Exchanges will be shipped after 24 hours of processing.
4. Exchanges can only be processed when it is a color or size change. If a different style is needed, please place a new order and we can process a return for the dress that is no longer needed.
5. 5% bonus if returning for store credit.
6. We have the right to refuse the return under the policy.
7. Ever-Pretty is not responsible for return lost by couriers

1. Once your order has been shipped, we will not be able to cancel it.
2. Orders are shipped within 24 hours upon confirmation.

1. A full refund will be processed for defective, damaged, or mis-shipped orders.
2. “Proof of Damage” must be provided to validate the refund.

Finished gowns may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of specific measurement.

1. Different computer screens may alter the color of the pictures shown on our website, this does not mean the dress is defective or mis-shipped.
2. If you are positive the dress received is the wrong color, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.

1. Most of our dresses are hand-crafted, situations like thread residue and folds after long-term international delivery as well as slight mark left by water erasable pen may not be verified as quality issues.
Thread Residue: use a pair of scissors to cut the threads.-Folds: iron the folded fabrics; for clothings that come with beading, embroidery or other embellishment please iron the dress inside out.-Slight marks: most of the marks are left by water erasable pen from the dress maker when cutting the fabric. Please rinse and gently rub the marked area, it should then be removed from the fabric.
