Great dress! At 50-52 took 22 size. In the photo i'm without a tightening, so the belly is visible. But the waist is wide, you will have to sew. I think it will look better. My hands are full, my sleeve climbed barely. The top layer from below is not sheathed, you can cut it just with scissors. But, i think i will still fit it, the bottom layer is overlock. In the waist area is sewn inside the elastic band. Convenient. Nice dress. I put 5 stars.
