Ordered for bridesmaids dresses. Lovely quality and great fit.
I know some people have had issues with size so I over ordered and ordered larger sizes but everyone was in their normal size.
I then had a few dresses to return and some more to order, I used the chat function and this was so easy, I explained what I needed and the customer service team understood straight away (even though I thought I explained poorly!). Returned dresses (Yes need to pay postage for this) and received a partial refund to ensure was not out of pocket and then the new dresses arrived.
Postage can take a while but was in no rush.
