beyond impressed with the customer service!

i contacted customer service to see if i could upgrade the shipping after i received the email that the dress has been made and was being packaged for shipping. obviously this was incredibly close and i wasn't 100% there would be enough time but they were straight on it and i received it 5 days later.
constant updates about its progress and where it was.
the dress was 100% the dress in the picture, this is not a copy or recreation. even the layers of material is the same. ive knocked one start off as i felt it was somewhat see through when they was a light behind the dress, you could see dark underwear and the same of legs, so i had to add an underskirt.
